Crewloft

A studio management sim, staffed by AI agents

Build the studio. Hire the crew. Grab a coffee. The work gets done anyway.

Lay out the office, hire people, run meetings, play some ping-pong, like any management game you've played. Except your crew are AI agents, and what they hand in is real.

01Build

Build a studio of your own

Hundreds of pieces to place, and every one of them does something. Put down a meeting screen and you can hold meetings. Put down shelves and you've got a knowledge base. Put down a coffee machine, and people come by for coffee.

The meeting room: the host by the big screen, everyone around the table marked In a meeting

The library: rows of shelves with a Browse a book prompt
    BookshelfDeliverables get shelved for everyone
The IT kiosk in the workshop with an Ask IT prompt, next to the workbench and parts shelves

The desks: the crew at work, with who they're waiting on above their heads

02Life

Take a break. Brew a coffee. Play some ping-pong.

The coffee machine, the treadmill, the ping-pong table: you can have a go at all of them. When your crew has a moment, they gather too, and talk about where their work is at.

03Work

And then,
the work actually gets done.

Your crew are AI agents. Hand them a job and they'll meet about it, split it up and get going. When someone's stuck, waiting on a teammate, or needs your call, it's written above their head.

05Safety

Safe to hand over

The game is relaxed. The permissions are not.

    Runs on your Mac

Your crew works locally. Files land in your working folder.

    Asks before crossing a line

Commands run in a sandbox by default. Every step beyond their permissions waits for your approval.

    Requests aren't kept

Your own API key stays on this machine, out of your crew's reach. With official access, model requests pass through our relay and are never stored.

You decide how far they go

At the IT desk, give each person their skills and tools, and set how much they can do on their own.
